Product Description:

Shikimic acid, is an organic compound, chemical formula C7H10O5, is a white crystalline powder, slightly soluble in ethanol, ether, almost insoluble in chloroform, benzene. Common shikimic acid on the market is extracted by star anise, including the following steps: (1) star anise pretreatment; (2) One dip; (3) Two dipping; (4) three-dip extraction; (5) Concentration: the three-dip residue is put into the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction kettle, with chloroform as the entrainer, and the extraction pressure is 30~35MPa, the extraction temperature is 40~50 °C, and the carbon dioxide flow rate is 15L/min to extract 30~40min to obtain volatile oil; Star anise after supercritical carbon dioxide extraction was soaked in a solvent composed of water, ethanol, methanol and acetic acid at room temperature, filtered and concentrated, and shikimic acid was obtained after decolorization and crystallization. The present invention extracts star anise three times, and then supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and then uses solvent to extract shikimic acid, and the prepared shikimic acid has high purity and high extraction rate, up to more than 12%.
