Product Description:
L-Isoleucine appears as white crystalline flakes or crystalline powders. Slightly bitter. Odorless. Sublimation temperature 168-170℃. They are essential amino acids for normal infant development and adult nitrogen balance. There are four isomers, and only L- has physiological effects. Excessive consumption will produce antagonistic action with leucine and hinder development. It can be used as nutritive food fortification agent.
