L-tyrosine (Tyr) is an important nutrient essential amino acid, which plays an important role in human and animal metabolism, growth and development, and is widely used in food, feed, medicine and chemical industry. The early production of L-tyrosine mainly depended on proteolysis. However, proteolytic method has some shortcomings such as limited material source, complicated process and product, long cycle, etc., so it has been eliminated.
