Product Description:
L-glutamate is an amino acid with the formula C5H9NO4. Appearance for white crystalline powder, almost odorless, with special taste and sour taste. Decomposition at 224~225℃. A saturated aqueous solution has a PH of about 3.2. Insoluble in water, actually insoluble in ethanol and ether, very soluble in formic acid. It can be used as nutritive food fortification agent.
