Product Description:
L-cysteine hydrochloride is a colorless to white crystalline or crystalline powder, with a slightly special sour smell, melting point 175℃ (decomposition) hair. Dissolved in water, an aqueous solution is acidic, with a pH of about 1.7 in 1% solution and 2.4 in 0.1% solution. Soluble in alcohol, ammonia and acetic acid, insoluble in ether, acetone, benzene and so on. It has the function of reducing, antioxidant and preventing non-enzymatic Browning.
