L-alanine is an organic compound with the formula C3H7NO2. It is a colorless to white crystalline powder, soluble in water, ethanol, but insoluble in ether and acetone. L-alanine is an important raw material for synthesis of VB6 and is one of the commonly used food additives. Cysteine is mainly used in liver medicine, antidotes, expectorants and other medicines.
