Product Description:


Hericium mushroom is a large fungus belonging to the class Basidiomycetes, the order Porporales, the family Dentaceae, and the genus Hericium. It is named because its fruiting body is shaped like a monkey's head. It is reported that hericium erinaceus contains the first and second nutrients compared with other cultivated edible fungi.It is rich in protein, fat, cellulose and polysaccharide. It also contains 16 kinds of amino acids, eight of which are essential amino acids for human body, and the proportion of various amino acids is close to that of human body.Hericium mushroom polysaccharide is an effective active ingredient extracted from the fruit body of high quality hericium mushroom. The main components of hericium mushroom are polysaccharides and hericitin. The hericium mushroom polysaccharide extracted by hot water has obvious inhibitory effect on mouse sarcoma 180 and Ehrlich ascites carcinoma, and has the function of aiding digestion and benefiting the five viscera. It has good curative effect on chronic gastritis, duodenal ulcer and other digestive tract diseases, and can improve human immunity. 


At present, the commonly used extraction methods of erinaceus erinaceus polysaccharide include alkali extraction, acid extraction, salt extraction and hot water extraction. Dilute acid, dilute alkali method, reagent consumption is less, the instruments are conventional instruments, so the operation is simple and easy. However, under the condition of dilute acid and dilute base, it is easy to break the glycosidic bond of polysaccharide, and the extraction rate of polysaccharide is reduced due to the hydrolysis of part of polysaccharide, and the content of impurities is also relatively large, which has a certain range of application. At present the most commonly used method is water extraction and alcohol precipitation. This method is simple to operate and has relatively less impurity content. Most studies showed that the optimal extraction process of monkey fruity body was as follows: temperature 80℃, solid-liquid ratio 1:20, ethanol concentration 90% ~ 95%, extraction time 4h, extraction times 3. The results showed that the extraction rate was different with different extraction site and conditions. Yang Yan et al. 's experimental results showed that each 1kg of mycelium contained 13.63g of polysaccharide, while each 1kg of monkey head fruity body contained 44.36g of polysaccharide, which was 3 times that of mycelium. In addition, strains and growth conditions will affect polysaccharide content, and polysaccharide content is affected by many factors.
